Designed social & email graphics for the launch of TuneCore’s Advanced Trends & Analytics Dashboard product feature in early 2025, across 14 languages.
Trend Emails
Following the initial campaign launch, we needed a longer-term communication strategy to keep artists engaged with the dashboard, without overwhelming them.
In partnership with the TuneCore Product and Growth teams, I designed a modular email system that would regularly share personalized data with artists.
Results
Over 2.9 million trend emails sent since launch with a 57% open rate, and still holding steady.
On send days, we saw consistent 20–30% day-over-day spikes in dashboard usage.
Emails became one of the most shared assets by artists on social media.
The dashboard was a top positive social mention for 12 consecutive weeks.
It is now TuneCore’s most-used product feature with 206K+ unique users, and 1 in 3 artists engaging in the last 90 days.
